Do I need to provide content for my tradie website?
We guide you through everything with a simple brief that takes about 5 minutes. We write the basic copy from your answers — you just need to provide photos, or we can use professional stock images. If you want highly SEO-optimised or detailed custom copy, we can quote that separately.

Do you offer a cheaper single-page option?
Yes — our Starter Package is $199 one-time for a single, fully custom page. If you need more room for services, testimonials or a gallery, the Growth Package covers up to 3 pages for $599.
What's the difference between the two hosting plans?
Hosting Only is $10/month and covers Cloudflare hosting, CDN, standard firewall, DNS, SSL, uptime monitoring and routine security patches. Secured, Hardened & Managed + Edits is $40/month and adds a custom-hardened Cloudflare WAF ruleset on top of the standard protection, plus 1 small text/image update per month, 2 business day turnaround. Anything bigger (new pages, layout or design changes) is quoted separately.
Can I cancel my SiteLaunch hosting?
Yes, cancel anytime with no lock-in contracts. You own your domain and we'll help you migrate your site files if you ever decide to move on.
What if I want changes to my website after it launches?
If you're on the Secured, Hardened & Managed + Edits plan, minor updates are included — 1 small text/image update per month, 2 business day turnaround. Anything bigger (new pages, layout or design changes) is quoted separately. Larger structural changes or additional pages are quoted separately at a fair hourly rate.
